Principles for processing personal data

Data collected

In the course of our activities, we can collect and process the following data:

  • contact details, including name, email address and telephone number
  • work-related data required for carrying out tasks
  • technical data, including IP address and device information when using the e-notary service
  • legal data, including the content of documents where required by law

Retention period and security measures

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal obligations. The Company applies strict security measures, including encryption, access controls and regular audits.
