Linda Nektar’s 100% fermented, alcohol-free products are crafted from the finest fruit juices, using carefully selected yeast cultures and a unique fermentation technology. This process produces no alcohol.
These innovative alcohol-free fermented concentrates offer beverage producers the opportunity to create a wide range of 0.0% ABV ciders and other drinks—without the need for complex and energy-intensive dealcoholization technologies.
